Returns Policy
We very much appreciate your purchase of Jewelry Savvy, What Every Jewelry Wearer Should Know. Should you need to return the book, please read the information below.
Damaged Packages
Damaged packages should be refused by the addressee and returned to the shipping company.
Condition
Books must be returned within 30 days in a re-saleable condition (no scuffs, tears, folds or marks that would prompt a customer to reject the book) in order to receive a full or partial refund of the purchase price.
Refunds
Return of unopened shrink wrapped book within 30 days for a full refund. Return of opened book in like-new, resaleable condition within 30 days for a 75% refund.
Shipping/Returning Books
We will not pay the cost of return shipping or refund the original shipping cost. If the shrink wrap has been removed, it is important the book not be wrapped or packaged in newsprint or Styrofoam "peanuts" which can soil or stick to the book, as these render the book non-resaleable.
